In our office we do not accept insurance, however we do submit as a courtesy to our patients. The only way to remove a pending claim is to go to the ledger and walk out a zero insurance payment. It would be a great idea to have the claims leave once they are sent out instead of be in pending. In our office we will always have pages of pending claims because we do not accept claims.
