We have pre-authorizations that are pending from 2003 that I am looking to remove so that it will be easier for us to track the pre-auths that are more current and need to be followed up on. Secondly, you can not archive a patient who has pending insurance claims. I have 8 pages to go through to remove these for individual patients. Would be helpful to purge this once they are x amount of days pending.
