We need an inactive patient list for specific range. How is an office able to track how many inactive pts have become inactive during a monthly basis.

Reports or day sheets which are running by automated Task schedular should have a feature to message or email these reports. This would save time of administrator who has to send these reports to the higher authority on daily basis.

allow adults in the family file to have different addresses

I work in a pediatric practice and it is common for a child to live with one parent and be covered under insurance by a different parent. It would be very helpful to allow each adult to have a different address.
