Bolder fonts on ledgers

please make the fonts easier to read at a quick glance. The numbers and the minus sign on the bottom section of the ledger occassionally cause us to misquote.

Skip days the office is not open on the schedule

Time consuming when a patient is on the phone and I am advancing day to day to find an appointment. We are never open weekends, why not skip from Friday straight to Monday

A way to chart that a retained primary tooth is present AS WELL AS the permanent tooth.

It's not that common but sometimes a primary and permanent tooth are present at the same time. It's important for filing ins. claims related to these retained teeth/permanent teeth

Be able to send statement, receipt, or any documents directly in Dentirx to patient

It's very inconvenience that we have to print and scan the document then send to patient. The print to batch option makes the document lining off and we are not able to use that option.

There should be a report to see all insurances by selected fee schedule. For example we are currently in network with dentemax and there are many plans that use that fee schedule since dentemax isn't insurance coverage and only a network fee sched...

Patient engage Form Response Details

Fix matching patient problems. Seems to be too picky on responses and can't find the patient to match to. Try to update patient information and then still no match???
