Ability to generate a report for lab fee - 99111 etc.

It would allow us to cross reference the lab charged out in a specific month and cross reference with the statement from the lab. Would be great if there were any significant discrepancies between the totals on our statements and Analysis report. ...

Claims Manager - Printed Claims should not say "Batched"

Claims that have been Printed are listed as "Batched" in the Claims Manager. It therefore appears as if these claims have not been sent, but they have been printed and sent and should say "Printed"

Delete old providers on drop down when making payments
