Perio chart button in appointment screen

For easy access, it would be nice if a perio chart button was added to the customizable buttons along the top of the appointment book screen.

Filter reports

The ability to filter by different categories for reports in office manager would be great! Such as in outstanding claims report, you should be able to filter by year or even insurance companies. This will be useful to tackle older claims or newer...

Disable Scheduled Password Reset

Passwords are great- however having each employee changing their password at Dentrix request is a bit much. Making the password longer was bad enough. It makes my job harder when they forget their passwords or complain about having to reset.

format insurance claims to list each PA xray on a separate line

List each additional PA D0230 separately on the insurance claim form. We have one insurance company that only reads the line as one PA taken and does not ready the quantity box. I am having to hand write these claims and list each PA separately.

ASAP list only shows Future appointments

Currently the ASAP list shows all appointments that are on the asap list, even if they're already completed. If those could be filtered out to only show future appointments that would be great

Inactivating referral sources

An enhancement to inactivate referral sources would help so that retired, deceased, or otherwise inactive sources will not come up in reports or print in other situations.

Combine multiple listings of referral sources

There may be occurrences where a referral source is entered more than once. A software capability to combine them into one would be beneficial to reduce confusion and false numbers in reports run.

Family Portion of Balance at left bottom of ledger is very misleading, this needs relabeled!

When doing a software conversion, make sure the assignment of benefits is a default
