in canada access eob to submit co-ordination of benefits

when getting eob from primary have it show up in ledger to access anytime and to be able to send the primary eob to the secondary insurance

Be able to change the amount that the insurance will be paying after the claim has been summitted.

If we check with the insurance company on a claim that has been filed and they give us an amount that they are paying. I would like to change the estimated amount to the correct amount that will be paid so the patient will not see the wrong amount...

once Insurance address is updated it should print off on the claim

Because we have to print off sometimes 5 claims white them out and manually write the updated Insurance information on the claim

In Select Patient Search - Search by any phone number NOT just home Phone.

Most people do not have home phones

We have a stamp with a template to guide the clinicians on what we need to know for the patient when they are being dismissed. For example T(for today) to write down what treatment was actually completed at todays visit and NDV(next doctors visit)...
