Dentrix upgrades should be automatically implemented during 'off' hours. Scheduling a 2-4 hr 'dentrix free' time for upgrades to happen during the day is inefficient/asking staff to come in on off hours to do an upgrade isn't feasible. EPIC (medical EMR) does this beautifully, so its possible.
