When creating a campaign in DemandForce, a valuable field to use is "Treatment Rendered" ie include all patients who have not had D1110 performed in the past 6 months. This field used to be available (possibly with a different name), however, it has now been replaced with "Transactions Completed" in which you can specify to select patients who have/have not PAID for a certain CDT code in the last x months.
