Attached gingiva in perio chart

All insurance companies are mandating we document attached gingiva in order to be reimbursed for soft tissue grafting procedures. Please add the calculation for attached gingiva as: AG = MGJ - PD

Texts keep going offline

Our texting keeps saying "Offline" often. Is this a known issue? Hopefully it can get taken care of soon. And please don't tell us it's a "problem w/ OUR system." That one's old...lol

Subscriber ID/Patient ID fields

Some insurance plans have a different ID number for EACH member of the family, so a separate field to enter the patient ID would be helpful in the clearinghouse and ECS accepting the claim!
