The forgot password link for the portal not working

patients who forget their password get an email without a link to reset. the office needs to reset from inside the hub and we're not here 24/7....this needs to be fixed promptly!

would like to be able to have a way to track a certain type of patient

if it were Ortho only patient- insurance patient- HMO patient - specialty only patient so I could easily get the report by the type of patient that I want to track

adding an icon to appointments to show completed questionnaires

I think there should be an icon on the appointment to show if a patient has completed their questionnaires. It will save time.

Contact phone number

We are finding that a large percentage of pt's no longer have a land line, they only have a cell # as their contact phone #. It would be great if we can perform a pt search via a cell #.
