misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.

Family Maximum Limits

G7.5 has the feature of placing in family $ limits in maximum/deductibles. It would be nice to be able to see the FAMILY limit coverage and used from the family file as it does with individual limit coverage and used.
