revert the history edit features so you can use it to fix fees without deleting claims

to make things easier when posting insurance primary & secondary claims, when fees need to be adjusted

Month End Close

You should have a selection drop down of which month you want to close - Jan, Feb, etc...not some convoluted 1, 2, 3 do some weird math count back.

TAX RECEIPTS!!!!

Printing a statement does not show a tally of the total amount for the year. We get many complaints that the statement is not a tax receipt.

Schedule alternate days/weeks automatically for practice schedule or provider schedule

A practice with multiple providers that are alternating works weeks. Currently having to program the schedule to close and open manually. Would love an automatic feature, like on Google Calendars.

Ability to copy & paste payment tables

We have a insurance network with a fee schedule then an additional benefit of % off those codes not included on the fee schedule. It has been advised to us to enter those codes on the payment table. We have multiple group plans within this network...

Change the default for balance forward date on statements

If we could have the ability to set the default to 60 days or whatever, instead of 30 days back. Sometimes by the time insurance pays, and we need to send a statement for the balance, the history isn't listed because it's been more than 30 days.
