We are aware of Brother Scanners having compatibility issues with Dentrix. Clicking on Acquire from Device and utilizing the quick scan does nothing, and does not launch the Document Information window.
Another issue is that Quick Scan does not default to using the Document Feeder for documents with multiple pages. But in order to configure that, we must launch the OEM dialogue, but configuring Dentrix to default to that causes it to not launch at all.
In light of this, we would like the Auto File Acquire workaround to have the ability to detect multiple pages and compile them into one Document, so that we do not have multiple entries in the document Center for different pages of the same Document.
