Make a symbol in completed appointment when clinical note is signed.

This would make it easy to look at the appointment book and see which appts need clinical notes.

Be able to organize the codes in Treatment Plan Ledger screen

It would be helpful if the treatment plan area in the ledger could be organized instead of being a running mix of codes. Possibly into Hygiene versus treatment or separated into the assigned appointments.
