It would be helpful to see at a glance if they have unscheduled treatment in their treatment plan. Can ask them at checkout, "Oh, I see you have a crown that still needs to be done, can I get that scheduled for you" Instead of having to change screens to look if there is something that needs to be done.

I LOVE it! We are doing this manually everyday. It would be even better if it showed a 'H' for overdue for Hygiene.
'T' for terrific idea... :) Would be great to have this 'T' for outstanding treatment and have the ability to click on this 'T' with a pop up window showing unscheduled treatment.
