It would be helpful to have a window/toolbar/button to access existing appts in the patient chart - ease of access/quickest way to view the info instead of having to go to the appt book.
The "more info" icon is still very involved, we would like this information at a glance/at our fingertips - especially for our less-technologically inclined staff members. This option it is very messy and not necessarily user friendly.
You can go to the More Info Icon. It's the blue icon with the in it. It gives you their next appts, all family members, when their CC is due, if they are scheduled for it. It in almost all the modules.
