Need a way to disable "Provider Unavailable" warnings in the appointment book

Our practice only has one dentist but we book four chairs at a time. I upgraded (regretfully) to Dentrix version 7.5 so that procedure codes would print out on a patient ledger but now the "provider unavailable at the requested time" warning pops ...
