Collection Manager Patient Aging Beginning on Date Claim Paid/Closed

It would be helpful for a balance to begin aging the date the claim is paid/closed, so that we can filter our collections manager appropriately when we're calling patients. Also, patients wouldn't see a statement balance showing over 60 or 90 days...

set referral for multiple teeth

example new patient comes in and need multiple extractions. you can select all teeth to be extracted and assign a referral to all in 1 click. we were able to do that at one time. I'm not sure why it changed.

exclude connector lines between 2 distinct bridges

my patient has a 3 unit bridge on 3-4-5 and separate bridge on 6-7-8, Currently Dentrix puts connector lines to make it seem like a 6 unit bridge. This is not accurate.

Highlight all appointments for patient and family booked that day when you click a patient.

This makes it easier to avoid any confusion when you are making calls for reminders or to move around appointments. You do not accidentally miss any patient reminder if they are booked in multiple chairs etc.

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.
