It seems this has been requested before. It would be helpful for appt.'s that are complete to no longer show up on the ASAP list. Occasionally we generate a date range beginning with a date in the past (because sometimes people's cancelled appointments are pulled up out of the schedule to sit at 2 or 3am, for example, of the day they cancelled, ie if they are unable to reschedule in the moment, and those people may have been on our ASAP list - we don't want those patient's to fall through the cracks). I digress - that was just to explain why we'd even have an ASAP list with a date range starting in the past. So, when we do that, the list is gummed up with people who were on the ASAP list who have already been seen. Perhaps if the programming will not allow ASAP status to drop upon completion, perhaps the ASAP list could have those people greyed-out, if that makes sense. Thank you.
