Please add email address to Patient Route Slip

During this pandemic, email is the easiest way to reach pts. The route slip does not display whether this is on file or not. It is much quicker to look at the route slip then go into the family file to see if it is recorded.

Be able to show multiple credit card payments individually rather than Dentrix showing as one payment

Alot of patients use their FLEX credit card to pay part and their personal credit card to pay part. They can not get reimbursed for the FLEX without proof of payment. Dentrix lumps both payments into one so we can not show the FLEX amount

Individual Statement

Allow to make individual statements instead of been for the whole family. Sometimes insurances take too long to pay for the whole family and if one of the members have a balance I want to send a statement.

Copy payment table from one insurance plan to another

For example, we are not in network with United Concordia. There are different plans but the same payment table. It would be nice to be able to copy the already established payment table from one plan to another.

linking lab case manager to appointments so that it will finish it in lab case manager when the appointment is completed

Everyone will benefit from this option; lab case manager will be kept up to date as the cases will be finished when the delivery appointment in dentrix is completed; you will only have to go in and archive it
