We just had tech support run utilites and check everything and it seems all is well on our end. He claims that with the new insurance claim enhancements it IS normal to have a lag when posting the procedures onto the ledger, the more items, the longer the lag. It seems to take about 4 seconds per item, so when posting 7 to 8 items it takes about 28-32 seconds. This needs to be worked on as it really cuts down on speed of productivity.
