Dentrix Ideas

I work in a small specialty office (<10 staff) and I've come to the point where I need a software (something more robust than a simple Excel sheet) to track employee incidents (like events where I have to warn/reprimand and the like). It would be amazing if Dentrix had a built in module for this that also allowed staff members to submit complaints/concerns and tag the manager, etc for review.
