In the clinical note, make highlighting an option.

So, instead of having to read the entire chart, something important can be highlighted to make it easier to see.

DISCOUNT PLANS SHOULD NOT GENERATE CLAIMS OR BATCH

although discount plans are tagged to not bill insurance, it still generates a claim with daily batch. I find it extremely tedious to go on the ledger and hit do not bill on every procedure. Reports also reflect outstanding claims for discount plans.
