Max not being counted toward preventive services.
Some insurance plans don't apply the max towards preventive procedures. We need away to mark this, that way it won't say the patient is maxed when they really aren't.

We would not waste paper. It is a lot less step to do a direct email then to print. scan, email.

When a patient updates insurance after claim has been denied unable to delete previous claim to rebill new insurance
If a patient calls with new insurance I am unable to now delete the previous claim (in a new month) and resub. The "work around" from Dentrix is to re-charge ALL procedures back-dated and adjust the over charge just to be able to resub the claim. ...

make Mobile cell number a default
On now days families don't have home number or don't use it. So we need to have their cell number as default.
