Alerts per patient of balance 30 days +

When searching a patient, once in a file within a patient’s chart, an alert will pop up stating that the patient or family member has a balance that is 30 or more days old.

Deleting claims that have been closed from a previous month.

Sometimes a zero pay is posted due to incorrect Insurance information. Once the payment is posted and the month has ended there is no way to edit new information for the claim as far as updating Insurance.

Flag when an insurance claim has a partial payment.

Allow the user to flag an insurance claim as being partially paid when more payment is expected. Include on reports and keep claim current (not in History) and include for batch payment entry until it is complete paid.

the ability to put the surfaces on watches
