Creating a custom document type that has sub categories that travel inside the document type. For example a sleep dentistry patient has 9 stages of care(9 subcategories) with required internal and signed documents. The original date would be in the main document type, then all the subcategories (sub-document types) will recieve the pertinent documents. These sub categories (document types) do not actually require the time stamp, but could benefit from this. Multiple documents should be able to be placed into each or the sub-document types.

To add onto this, we would like to be able to edit the second drop down in Document Types (currently Default Attachment Claim Type). For offices that don't send claims through Dentrix these drop downs are mostly uses. We would like to have our own Primary and Secondary Categories that we pick ourselves in order to better identify/classify the documents we are uploading.
