Adding Text messaging to Campaigns
The only way to send a marketing campaign is by email. People are more likely to look at a text message that is sent out instead of email. If any way I think this would be very beneficial.

Synchronize the app system GoTo/Phonesight + Patient Engage Live + Dentrix Mobile
We left Weave and now have to use 3 apps to replace one...GoTo, Patient Engage Live and Dentrix mobile. The Patient Engage Live pop up on the desktop does not integrate with Dentrix (Weaves did). Way to many names...GoTo/Phonesight, Patient Engage...

Why can we only text current active patients, what if an old inactive patient reaches out, what if a mom or dad or husband or wife or another office we work with reaches out?

Calling patients from Patient Engage Mobile App
The Patient Engage Mobile App should call as if in the office instead of dialing *67 to block the cell number. People tend not to answer calls from Blocked Numbers.
