We were told by Patient Engagement support that changing an email address triggers a NP Welcome email. We had a patient send us a screen shot of what she got. Due to the fact that she was not new, she thought it was spam. This is the first time a patient told us this. How can this be controlled or deleted? We correct or change email addresses on a regular basis. Your help is appreciated.
Agreed! In the old system of ecentral, only new patients would receive the new patient welcome email where you could add links to the new patient forms. Please bring this back!
