It would be very useful for missing information and patient balances to pop up with the Phone Sight pop-ups when a call comes in. This will prompt staff to get things like cellphone and email addresses and to remind patients of balances. It would also be nice to link with CareCredit so that when discussing treatment, staff can let patients know that they have available money in CareCredit to help pay for treatment.
