We would like to be able to add more fields to the "Patient Referral Slip" section pertaining to the Patients phone #,Mobile # and Work # with extension. This is helpful with a lot of people not having a home # only a cell or work. Currently these #'s do not show up on the referral slip and when we send out the referral and that field is empty the referring office is always calling us for the patients additional contact information. This would definitely save time on both sides.

Agree 100%,
All contact phone numbers listed in a patient's file should be printed on the referral slip.
If a patient only has a cell # for contact, did does not appear on the referral slip.
So many people have and are continuing to move away from a landline.
