Being able to customize the route slips would make us able to only include the information that is important to our Doctors and hygienist. That way they would not be overwhelmed looking at all the information but only seeing what's important. We like the information that is availlable on the route slip but we just need the option of adding or taking out information. Thank you for considering our request.

It has been brought to our attention by a patient that his social security number is printed multiple times on the route slip and he is concerned about that. It would be nice to be able to omit whatever information we did not want printed on the Route Slip. Thank you!
