Can I suggest when you create a referral slip and print it, can it automatically save a copy to the DOC Center similar to the billing statement to eliminate the extra steps to batch - open referral slip - print - send to DOC Center - open the DOC Center - Acquire - Unfiled Doc - Find the document - attach - save....
This may not seem long but the extra 9 steps as stated above takes time and the assistants frequently forget to follow through and save a copy in the DOC Center.
