Send mass emails to patients

There should be a way to easily send a mass email to all patients in patient engage besides using the campaigns. The same goes with texts. This is currently not an option.

Texting Reminder is Not working Correctly.

This Software do not send all Texts, lot of Limitations. I used to work with Solution Reach, they work Perfect ! All Dental Office will be closed with that software of Dentrix Hub. Please, take a look at Solution Reach.

Opt-in Compliance issue with mydentist.com forms portal

The forms portal with patient engage needs a pop up before sending patient to the portal which allows them to opt in or out when they enter their phone number on the form in order to be 10DLC Registered and compliant.

Remove item description on Dextrix Hub forms

There was an issue with Dentrix Hub forms were the description of the item (textline, radio button, etc) is showing up under the title and text description. Doesn't look polished when we are showing this to patients.

LIGHTHOUSE 360 WEEKLY SUMMARY EMAIL

I would like to track the "Recall one day past due texts" that are send out. I would like it to come on the weekly summary email I receive. I am on an old software; it is the only way I can track or manipulate my system to work with Lighthouse.
