Inactive Patient List

We require set parameters for an inactive patient list, rather than populate a list with all inactivated patients from the beginning of time. Providing a date range to identify inactivated patients would assist the practice in keeping proper audit...

Add status of Deceased to Patient Stuts

It would be very helpful if we had more status choices other than Patient, Non-Patient, Inactive, and Archived. When a patient passes, this would be a much easier way to show a patient Deceased.

Able to search from database when adding new family member

Patient is already in database, should be able to pull information into patient, but not join as family, but not move patient

Edit phone numbers on continuing care report

Many people do not have home #'s. Most use mobiles #s and calls are made during the day when patients are not home. Please allow to modify or change the format the mobile instead.

Inactivate entire family at once

If a family moves, or all go to another dentist it would be easier to inactivate the whole family at once instead of individually

Unarchieve

When unarchiving patients, there are multiple places to check "Archived" to work with the chart. This is redundant and challenging to figure out without contacting customer service.

In the family file, where it shows First Visit, Last Visit, and Missed Appt. Please add an additional line showing Upcoming Appt if the PT is currently scheduled.
