insurances are increasingly taking deductibles on pas or fmx or VBW. but they don't take deductible on any other diagnostic codes. So, we can't mark deductible in the coverage table and we can't put it in the payment table bc if they get the xrays and the deductible has already been met with another procedure, then the patient won't have to pay the deductible.
