The new version makes it difficult to create new patient profile files and new patient appointments. It used to be very easy to provide the information, create the appointment, and then create the family file or add to an existing family file.

What do y'all like about it? I'm curious. It's a time saver, You can go ahead an import x-rays, add all info, scan ID, ins card and if they do not make their appt they go straight to the NP Unscheduled list, whether you break it or wait/will call the appt. You decide when it's time to delete them out. Plus if a toothache walks in, the back office can go ahead and take an x-ray and not have to wait for the busy front desk to activate them. Then they can have the pt come back to the welcome area and finish their forms and wait for a room to open up. I love it! A lot of us have wanted it for years.
We are on hold waiting to discuss this exact issue.
