Show patient emails on the Patient Route Slip

We would like to show the patient's email on the Patient Route Slip. Wondering if we could take off something else to put the email on?

require referred by info to set up new patients

Dr's want to us to be accurate in referred by. Want the family file/NP field to require REFERRED By to entered before family file or NP field can be completed.

Add a field for patient's pharmacy, connected to e-prescribe, if possible.

Would eliminate having to enter pharmacy in multiple places. If it has its own field, could choose from already existing pharmacies entered into the system. Would streamline.

editing a city/town name

Instead of deleting a city that will affect all patients with that city, we should be able to edit and save as new or change permanently so all patients will be on the same page.

Remove patient's social security number from route slip

I do not think it is necessary to show the patient's social security number on the route slips since they can possibly be viewed by numerous people

expand last name field

We cannot submit a patient's claims electronically to their insurance company because their last name exceeds the number of characters in the field.
