We have a "referred by" and a "referred to", but can we have a "Current General Dentist". Sometimes this info changes or we need it clearly outlined aside from other providers. For example, if an Endo referred to us and then we referred out to O.S, however we need to also communicate to pt's current GP, it would be nice if it was in it's own category. (we are a Periodontist)
