Remove the completed procedures

On the treatment planner, is it possible to have removed all the completed procedures and just show what is not completed?

Option for Perio chart to eliminate pop-up

Please add an option or setting to disable the perio chart popup window that asks if I want to clear bleeding saved from previous exams. This is incredibly annoying every time I open the perio chart.

Please add retained root tips to conditions under charting

I have to use fractured tooth and then click on all of the surfaces, which is ridiculous.

Internal & External Resorption

Pathological Resorption of tooth (internal or external resorption) added to conditions with a new paint type for it. This is a common condition that I am surprised is not already in the conditions box as an option.

charting for root tips as a condition

We would like to be able to chart root tips as a condition, and have a graphic for it. This would be a more accurate documentation of the condition of the mouth, enabling accurate treatment planning.

Why does each new release get SLOWER AND SLOWER??? Stop adding and just fix what is wrong!!!
