This would be helpful because children become adults..then get married,etc. and need to have files separate from their parents. We need to be able to transfer all the clinical notes, perio charting, dentogram, etc during such a separation. currently we have to copy all the clinical notes into a newly made chart. Then we have to copy the details of the dentogram. I have no idea what to do with the perio charting!!!!
