So when we open the patient chart we can quickly see the tx that is tx planned and also what the patient has when it comes to appliances that the patient use (ex Nightguard or electric tooth brush etc). This should not take too much space, just like the "Alert" box that comes up for HH. Just add another box on the left side for Appliances.

I agree with this, but it would be helpful if it had more than just appliances, and it had an area for recommended Home care- or Home appliances, as well as what they are actually using: EXAMPLE: Are they using a sonicare toothbrush, Prevident, Interproximal Brushes, a Night guard, Waterpik.
