Add the option to search by date of birth back

I don't know why they removed this feature, but it's common sense to be able to search by date of birth to locate a patient - it's easy to have name misspellings, or an outdated last name, etc. and not be able to locate the patient.

Harder to delete and easier to restore appointments

I would like to request that it is more difficult to delete appointments off of the schedule. As well as making it easier to add the appointments back if you do accidently delete the, from the appointment book.

Change Perfect Day Scheduling after a certain date only
