In the event that an appointment is cancelled, added, or moved to a different time on the current day, it would be a great help for front desk staff if this event created an alert on all workstations that the appointment (with pt name, etc) was changed so other staff are aware. Make it where the pop-up must be acknowledged on each separate work station before it disappears.
