Print the treatment plan that’s scheduled on the appointment desk

We need to have patient sign their treatment plan from the appointment desk. This would save us time with new patients.

Limit permission for appointment history button

We would like to limit the employees to no be able to look or access the appointment history button or have the ability to hide the button when we are editing the appointment.

You should be able to see on appointment screen if you submitted insurance when checked out.

When patient is checked out on the actual appointment screen when gray it should have a ins check for quick glance at the end of day.

Add SS# to NP details when adding a new patient in appt. book

If you could add the SS# when making a new patient appt. it would tell you if the patient was in the system already.

Appointment book hover size change

Practice wants the option to have a feature/setting to change Hover size on appointment book as its sometimes taking too much space on the appointment book. This will help in employees navigate the appointment book better.

New Patient Automatic Text

When a new patient is put into Dentrix they should get a automatic text and email with the link to the NP paperwork. This makes the workflow seamless and automatic instead of team members send them a text/email manually. WE NEED THIS ASAP!!!
