Text Tracking for Appointment Fill List
We need a way to track who gets sent a fill appointment request text, and when they get sent it. Right now there is no way to track it, and this is something that needs to be tracked.

Option to have preferred name show up on patient communications.
Patients like it that we know their preferred name and call them by that name. It would be nice if our reminders reflected this.

Frequency updates/alerts should be attached to the LEDGER, not continuing care (which is our working recall list).
When we work the continuing care, the next recall contact is updated for the patient. This is not the same as the last date they were actually here as per the ledger (the system told the doctor a patient couldn't be scheduled bc of an appt in Dece...

UNDER TREATMENT PLANNER i.E. APPT 1 ARROW PROVIDE BOX FOR DR/ASSISTANT TIME FOR THAT APPT. PLEASE BEEN ASKING FOR 20 YEARS
This would be the best practice managment tool for production you could do. Would allow us to communicate appt book time needed to front for each appt in stead of combining all procedures together.

Make it easier to change the office/provider schedules
It has been very time consuming to adjust the hours for the providers and operatories-particularly when adjusting a lunch hour for each op for monthly staff meetings. Thanks! A click and drag options would be amazing.

Bulk schedule change
It would be incredibly helpful to be able to make bulk changes in the schedule rather than having to manually go into each day to make the changes.

Auto add mobile number and email address
