Delete button on Appointment

instead of pinboarding the appt please put a delete button on the appt info box for easy access. In accompaniment put a safefail pop up to ask do you really want to delete this appt.

Make staff selection a requirement when creating an appointment

This would be helpful especially when training. It would keep a record of who is scheduling appointments and who may need help if they are not scheduling correctly.

Duplication of appointments - often a patient has a hygiene appointment scheduled, but also has one or more hygiene appointments on the unscheduled list. There needs to be a simple way to find this situation in a report form, so that unneeded appointments can easily be seen and deleted. It would also be helpful when the pop up comes up that says there's an unscheduled appointment, that it would indicate what that unscheduled appointment is ie: doctor or hygiene

Be able to search new patients by name

We sometimes schedule new patients a month in advance. When they call in to find their appointments, we can't find them because there is no way to search for new patients.

Allow for appointment lengths to be unlimited

Currently, appointments lengths are limited to 4 hours. We do longer appointments on a regular basis - some as long as 8 hours.

We have first visit, last visit on the family file but not next visit. It will be easier to see what the dots next visit would be if it was on the same place.
