Currently we go through each appointment to find out which patients have family members with unbooked CC, which restorative pts have unbooked CC, which hygiene pts have unbooked TP, unscheduled appts, balance owing. We find the dentrix report for this has errors and is not as useful as seeing it right in the appointment book. This will save a lot of time.
Also, align the little flag icons vertically in the appointment so we can see more icons. Most appointments are 30min-90 giving space for 3-9 of these.
