Currently there are the following appointment types:
ASAP
Appointment
Pinboard
Unscheduled
There are other custom lists that would be helpful. For example, many times we have patients that need scaling and root planing and we don't have an appointment coming up that meets their needs. We would create a list called "scaling" and be able to sort through the unscheduled list to find those priority patients.
