Add column in "Fill appointment" feature of last text sent

This is useful so we have a current visual history of the last text sent so we dont select that patient too frequently and make them upset by getting too many texts.

UNDER TREATMENT PLANNER i.E. APPT 1 ARROW PROVIDE BOX FOR DR/ASSISTANT TIME FOR THAT APPT. PLEASE BEEN ASKING FOR 20 YEARS

This would be the best practice managment tool for production you could do. Would allow us to communicate appt book time needed to front for each appt in stead of combining all procedures together.

Need a frequency of 2/12 mos for recall

Duplication of appointments - often a patient has a hygiene appointment scheduled, but also has one or more hygiene appointments on the unscheduled list. There needs to be a simple way to find this situation in a report form, so that unneeded appointments can easily be seen and deleted. It would also be helpful when the pop up comes up that says there's an unscheduled appointment, that it would indicate what that unscheduled appointment is ie: doctor or hygiene

Allow daily scheduled production to be viewed on the schedule as a total number per provider. This will allow us to schedule to daily goals by being able to see days that are already scheduled to goal vs days with low production.
